The following policy applies to normal orders only and for products sold only on

Eligibility Window:

To qualify for a return, items must be received back to our Fulfillment Center within 30 days of your original order shipment date (as printed on your packing slip). Exchanges must be received within 30 days.

Items Not Eligible for Refund:
Items marked as final sale.
• Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.
• Returns received in damaged/worn condition.
• Returns received after 30 days of the original order shipment date.
• Shipping charges, except in cases where we have made a shipping error.

Return and Exchange Policy

  1. Refunds will be processed within 7 days after we receive your package. The refund will be issued to the original payment account, as per your request.
  2. The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable.
  3. Please print the return label and securely place it inside your return package.
  4. Each item may only be returned or exchanged once.
  5. Customers are responsible for return shipping fee.
  6. For Exchanges, return shipping from our office to your door will be sent via standard shipping at no extra cost to you. Only valid for countries where standard shipping is applicable. If standard shipping is not available to your country, you may be required to pay an additional shipping fee.
